"Anejo Chaiball"
Original Twist on a classic
Highball/Collins Glass

2 oz. Brugal Anejo Rum
.75 oz. Chai Syrup*
.75 Lime Juice
Ginger Beer (Fever Tree)

Combine ingredients-minus ginger beer-with ice in shaker, shake, strain over ice and top w/ ginger beer.
Garnish w/ thin-sliced lime wheel.

*Chai syrup: make triple strength chai tea and combine with equal part sugar, stir to dissolve sugar, let cool. Bottle. Keep for a week in refrigerator.

"Alaska"

2 oz. London Dry Gin
.25 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
2 dashes orange bitters

Stir with ice and strain into chilled coupe glass.

.25 Brown sugar syrup (1:1)
one dash Jerry Thomas' Own Decanter Bitters (Bitter truth or Berg & Hauck)
one dash orange bitters

Skake w/ ice, strain into chilled coupe. Garnish w/ orange zest.

Stir w/ ice
Top w/ Soda Water
Garnish w/ orange zest

Shake w/ ice, strain into chilled coupe

2 oz. Scotch (Highland)
.75 Sweet Vermouth
.5 Benedictine

Stir w/ ice. Strain into chilled coupe.

"Blackthorne"

2 oz. Irish Whiskey
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash Absinthe

Stir w/ ice. Strain into chilled coupe.
Twist lemon zest over and drop it in.

"Bruja's Brew"

Double Old Fashioned Glass

Muddle 2 slices of cucumber in .5 oz. Agave Syrup (2:1)
then add:
1.5 oz silver tequila
.75 Strega
.5 lime

Shake thoroughly, double strain over ice.
Garnish w/ cucumber ribbon
